The reigning ACC champion and NCAA regional champion racked up eight wins in his final appearance, and senior Mark Energy won his second four-way game at Briar Creek for the medal.

Marshall Meisel was the Result
As a freshman, Meisel competed five times, in doubles, at Colonial College and Georgia College Golf Club. He was tied for sixteenth in Georgia, plus 25 4 inning starts all season, and his highest finish was 14th at 5-under in the Final City Member College Invitational area.
Meisel has a strikeout rate of 71.73 with a strikeout rate five of six times this season. He finished seventh in the under-4 class at the former City Member College Invitational. He was coming off the Southwest Invitational, where he finished tied for thirtieth with Michael Brennan in the main event in the under-3 round.
Meisel was named one of three players to participate in the outstanding Genesis College Exhibition in mid-February. He helped his team win the individual championship at the Genesis College Showcase, Wake Forest’s first individual title in the event.

Owens will make his fourth appearance for the Demon Deacons in his freshman year. He currently has the lowest stroke average on his staff at 71.00. Course Information
The course has hosted the only golf championship of any course in the United States and hosted both the US Open and US Open for the 2014 regular season. As the US Open anchor site, the championship returns to Pinehurst. 2024, 2029, 2035, 2041 and 2047 respectively.
